Customer Referral Program
Overview
The Knowledge Relay Customer Referral Program is open to any customer (individual or company) desiring to promote the products and services of Knowledge Relay. By promoting Knowledge Relay to your colleagues, you may become eligible to receive the following benefits:
- Receive a $25 gift card for any legitimate referral (no limit to the number). The lead must include: Contact’s name, Company name, Email address and Phone number. Receive the gift card whether the lead results in a sale or not.
- Get two (2) hours of report-writing services for any referral that leads to the sale of any KR software & services of $10,000 or more. (New business only. Future upgrades, renewals, maintenance and support are not included.)
Knowledge Relay will handle all sales and support as well as customer service, administrative tasks and tracking of sales.
Payouts will occur on the 1st of every month (after the 30-Day Guarantee has been satisfied and the purchase has been paid in full).
